These Terms of Service govern your use of the FitData app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FitData.
You must be at least 14 years old to use FitData. If you are under 16, you may use FitData only with consent from a parent or legal guardian where such consent is required by law.
FitData provides fitness tracking, AI-based coaching, workout plans, running tracking, and performance analytics. Available features may vary depending on your subscription plan.
1-week free trial, then EUR 3.99 per month.
1-week free trial, then EUR 29.99 per year.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via the App Store. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.
FitData does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new workout or fitness program. Use of the app is entirely at your own risk. FitData is not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise from use of the app.
By using FitData, you agree to:
You use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
You provide accurate and complete information.
You do not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
You do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the app.
You do not use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
All content, design, code, and trademarks within FitData are the exclusive property of FitData. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
